Church Reports

Please contact your Region, District or Network as each has its own reporting requirements and procedures.

The Missionary Church requires each church to complete an annual report that includes contact information, some of the ministry details and a financial report. 

Attention Pastors and Churches:

Links to the Annual Ministerial and Church Statistical reports will be emailed to all pastors and churches in January of each year. Do not delete the email until you have completed the report, because those links allow you to save and return to each report until it is submitted.
